Short version: FORMA is in a trial, free during the trial, and the coach stays responsible for the training.
The service
FORMA helps personal trainers coach their clients: programs, workout logging, check-ins, messages, calendar and alerts. It is free during the trial. Features may change or pause while we improve it; we'll give notice before any cost.
The coach's role
The coach is responsible for the programs and advice they give, and for telling their clients about FORMA. AI suggestions are suggestions to weigh, not medical advice, and don't replace the coach's judgement.
For pain or an injury, a client should see a doctor or a health professional.
Your account
Keep your password private. An invite link is personal: only the client it was sent to should use it.
Don't use FORMA for unlawful or offensive content, or content you have no right to share.
Limits
During the trial FORMA is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working and your data safe, but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
